The accommodation at Bryanston varies from single rooms to rooms for six. Families are generally housed together in one room or in adjacent rooms. If you have a preference for a particular House and/or room, please state this in the Accommodation section of the Application Form and we will do our best to facilitate this but cannot guarantee to do so.

Rooms – There will be clean bedding on arrival however towels are not provided. Please be aware that most rooms do not have locks but the houses themselves are secure and wristbands for access will be issued on arrival to adults and children of 5 years or older. Students under 5 years old can bring their own bed and bedding for a reduced fee. A limited supply of bedside lamps can be borrowed from the office, but those travelling by car might want to consider bringing their own. There will be a charge of at least £2.50 (2023 cost – to be updated) for lost wristbands as Bryanston School will charge the LSG for them at the end of the course.

Amenities – All houses have kitchens with fridges and some cutlery and crockery, there are washing machines and irons/ironing boards, as well as pool or table tennis tables, TV’s and DVD machines. Some houses have a few rooms en suites, however most have shared bathrooms of which there are plenty.

Teenagers – Teenagers can either stay with their family, or they can live in the Teenage House.  Unaccompanied teenagers are welcome but they must accept the ground rules established by the administration to ensure the safety of all and the smooth running of the course. Infringement of these rules might require a student to return home immediately. There are designated houses for these unaccompanied and accompanied teenagers, and they are supervised by a team of stewards dedicated to this role. If you would like to come unaccompanied please contact bryanston@localhost before applying. Teenagers attending with their parents may prefer to be with the unaccompanied teenagers in their supervised and segregated accommodation but space is limited and this may not always be possible.

Concert weekend – From Friday evening more beds become available which can be used for parents who haven’t attended the rest of the week but don’t want to miss out on the concerts. Booking for these rooms can be made when applying or at a later date through Philip. Please note that there is limited availability.
