Louisa Stuber

 

 

louisa-photoLouisa grew up as a Suzuki pupil, beginning the violin at the age of three with Felicity Lipman. After graduating from Trinity College Dublin in 2000 with a BA (Hons) in music, she qualified as a level 5 ESA Suzuki teacher. Louisa is Director of the Little Venice Suzuki Group which she co-founded in 2007, runs a busy private teaching practice in central-west London, and teaches in two schools.
Orchestral experience includes the Irish National Youth Orchestra, Jeunesses Musicales Ireland, British Youth Opera Orchestra, and Jove Orquestra Athenea. She has also received coaching from Benjamin Zander, Ludwig Müller, and the Spiegel and Ysaÿe Quartets.
Louisa has taught at the following Suzuki courses: Bryanston International Summer School, BSI National Children’s Workshop, Bourneville Strings workshop, Kyle Suzuki Group workshop (Scotland), Book 1 Bonanza, as well as a Suzuki workshop in Navarra, Spain.
