Henry George is an Alexander Technique teacher based in Bristol, UK. The Alexander Technique is a method for reducing tension and enhancing performance, and is particularly helpful for musicians. It is taught in music conservatoires worldwide.
Henry is a faculty member at Trinity Laban Conservatoire in London where he teaches the Alexander Technique to young musicians.
As well as working with individuals from all walks of life, he has a specialism in Alexander Technique and music. He has led workshops for the European String Teachers Association, the Romanian Cultural Institute and the British Suzuki Music Association among others.
He has helped organise the Alexander Technique Music Conference, and is a trustee of the FM Alexander Trust.
