Oli has been a professional musician throughout his working life, with wide-ranging experience in performance, teaching and coaching across many different disciplines and styles.

His career has taken him all over the world, spanning Broadway, the West End and regional theatre, as well as television and film. Highlights include performing for an audience of 20,000, composing music for a Tate Modern exhibition, recording a CD of an original West End musical, and arranging music for both a pop star and an orchestra made entirely of vegetables.

He now specialises in Suzuki teaching — a method with benefits for musicians of any age. It builds an easy, flowing technique alongside active listening, and its inherently musical approach produces well-rounded, beautiful humans as much as accomplished musicians.
