The Alexander Technique is a method for reducing tension and enhancing performance, and is particularly helpful for musicians. It is taught in music conservatoires worldwide.<\/p>\n<p>Henry is a faculty member at Trinity Laban Conservatoire in London where he teaches the Alexander Technique to young musicians.<\/p>\n<p>As well as working with individuals from all walks of life, he has a specialism in Alexander Technique and music.
