Before that she was a solicitor, leading a very different life in London.<\/p>\n<p>The desire to pass on music to her own children and then to others led her to re-train and become committed to this marvellous method of learning and teaching music, and bringing up children.<\/p>\n<p>She now has a busy teaching practice, and also leads a thriving choir, is musical director for various amateur dramatic shows, and very much enjoys singing in a madrigal group and barbershop quartet.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jo has been teaching the piano using the Suzuki Method for twelve years in Devon.
